Committee Commission Meetings are held the Third Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Community Building Complex located at 111 W. 1st Street, Belvidere, IL.    Entrance should be gained on the East side of the building by the stop sign.  Meeting is held in the lower level Board Room.
